Cheung Do Kwan Taekwondo recently brought the excitement of Taekwondo to the students of St Stephen’s College Preparatory School in Stanley, Hong Kong, with a high-energy demonstration that showcased both skill and character. The event was held on campus at 30 Wong Ma Kok Road, where our demonstration team introduced students to the spirit of “Strong Mind, Strong Body” through dynamic kicks, powerful boards breaks, and synchronized patterns.
From the moment the team stepped onto the floor, the atmosphere in the school hall shifted. Students watched in silence as our black belts performed sharp, precise poomsae, followed by explosive flying and spinning kicks that drew spontaneous cheers. The Cheung Do Kwan Demonstration Team—made up of some of our most committed athletes—included both youth and adult members, giving the SSCPS students a clear picture of how Taekwondo can grow with them as they progress through school.
For Cheung Do Kwan Taekwondo, this demonstration was more than just a performance—it was an opportunity to connect with a new generation of students on Hong Kong Island and to inspire them to see Taekwondo not only as a martial art, but as a pathway to discipline, resilience, and lifelong growth. We look forward to returning to St Stephen’s College Preparatory School in the future and continuing to support their vibrant physical education culture in Stanley.
